The Penang International Dragon Boat Festival Committee (PIDBF) in conjunction with the Penang International Dragon Boat Festival 2017 cordially invites Crews from around the world to participate in our dragon boat race which will be held at the Teluk Bahang Dam, Penang, Malaysia on 2 and 3 December 2017. This event is fully supported by the Penang State Government and is an affiliated festival of the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF). For your information, Penang has more than 30 years of experience in organizing dragon boat races benefitted from the technical expertise of a large number of experienced IDBF Technical Officials.
