2023 Penang International Dragon Boat Regatta

Penang International Dragon Boat Festival committee (PIDBF), extends a warm invitation to teams worldwide to take part in our upcoming dragon boat race
scheduled to take place on 2 & 3 December 2023 at the Teluk Bahang Dam in Penang, Malaysia. The Penang State Government fully supports this event. Penang
boasts over 30 years of experience in hosting dragon boat races, and we have a vast pool of technical expertise from numerous experienced IDBF Technical Officials at our disposal.

Competition Regulations and Racing Rules

This race will comply with PIDBF Competition Regulations & Rules of Racing. All participating crews are required to submit the Expression Of Interest to PIDBF no later than 30 April 2023. Thereafter, submit Confirmed Entry Form together with the entry fees no later than 31 August 2023.
