Please be advised that registration for the 2nd Invitational Dipolog City Dragon Boat Race is not free. There is a registration fee of P300 per member which entitles him/her to a welcome dinner and singlet. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams only since we are giving each team financial assistance of P10,000.00.
